Cheating in Items.

I'm at a 100% stalemate in my world. I cannot aquire any decent ranged weapons. I cannot aquire anything above Platium. Because I cannot kill Cthulhu. He's impossible for me to defeat. I can't make holy water to break corruption blocks. Vile Powder doesn't do anything. I can't advance anymore in early game. What programs are good to use to cheat in items? I'm tired of trying to fight against Cthulhu. I lose everytime and I need Demorite Ore to advance in the game.

None. Cheating will make you worse off than not being able to kill a boss.

Try getting a Musket/The Undertaker. Even if you don't use them, having them in your inventory will allow someone who sells a powerful gun to spawn.

If that doesn't work, a Platinum Bow with Burning Arrows works great against an easier boss, the Eye of Cthulhu.

I'd also suggest shurukens and grenades as well

you can always download an all items map and get any item in the game ofc dont go overkill cus it will become boring then

If you can't beat EoC, you have more issues than that.
Anyway, try getting 400 HP via Life Crystals found underground.
Make healing potions and frostburn arrows.

consider trying to gather more hearts, do this by digging up heart crystals(2 by 2 heart rocks that stand on the floor, not like ores) you can find them under ground

have you made an arena? consider adding campfires and heart lamps if you are going to make one

make a village and collect stuff for npcs (like bombs for the demolitionist)

or if you really want to try something different, try skiping the EoC all together and going for either the jungle or the corruption/crimson both of them have bosses and both have useful weapons if you search hard enough, a good method is to blow stuff up in your evil biome and search for chests in the jungle

if you get lucky, the dungeon (on the opposite side of the jungle on the map) might have a free water bolt, if you pick this, gather falling stars at night and use them to make mana stars

finally if all else fails try gathering gravitation potion and look for floating islands

terraria has a wiki that can help with all of this
