Clorophyte or Luminite bullets?

I want to know whether i should go for Clorophyte or Luminite bullets. i don't care about how hard it is to get, i just wanna know which is better.

Luminite does more damage.

id say clorophyte it does less damage but it homes in and 4 me it does more dps than luminite

The piercing of Luminite isn't that great for the most part... unless you have twenty bazillion Pumpkins stacked on top of one another.

Chlorophyte are much better for single targets.

heres a simple equesion

luminite = x
chlorophyte = y

x + sdmg = D
y + sdmg = U


D = damage

U = utility

chlorophyte takes no skill to use and you can just shoot it into the air and destroy everything.

that's why I use them.

Pretty diverse opinions, bu i think i'll go clorophyte as i have an sdmg and it wouldn't make much difference in damage if you're fighting a hard boss like moon lord. Also, it's much easier to kill the dungeon guardian XD. Thanks everyone!
