Fullscreen Windowed

I could do this before I reformated my pc but I cant do it now, can any1 help me with this?

Enable the "Borderless Window" option, set your resolution to the size of your monitor (Ex. 1920x1080), then turn Fullscreen off.

Actually, it does, it's just well hidden. You can't find it in the menu when you're already in a game.
When you're in the main menu, you can find it in the video settings under "Resolution".

hey guys It's 2019 and legit there is no way to go windowed anymore, alt enter doesn't work, bordless window doesn't work, none of the options work, send help
