That's not good. The house is too complex to remake on my own.
In Theory you could edit the settings and put the mod resources in the right spots and it MIGHT be able to utilize mod content. Never seen anyone do it. You'd have to move files and then edit the settings.xml which is likely a pain in the bottom and would take some time. You'd have to do it for each mod you used. It would take way more time than what's needed to build it legitimately most likely.
If materials are the issue, just spawn some. If you're going to 'cheat' by tediting the building in anyways, theres no real difference between that and spawning the materials and building it by hand.
