It's your money.
Tbh I think it's scummy that they're charging people the same money for the game, for the OST.
The music pack is there if you want to support the devs some more.
By your logic, no one should buy any games since they can be torrented.
Also the "support the devs" argument is heavlity flawed in this instance, They've already made MILLIONS, Probably over 60 Million quid off of Terraria, Then they're going to charge the Entire game again, just for the sound track.
And that's Not my logic at all, I never said that. I said that it's scummy that they've made millions and are now charing the Same just for the soundtrack.
I won't show how, other's already have videos on how to change or locate the music wavebanks.
Also, that doesn't make the argument flawed. You can still support them even if they made millions.
Only a lawyer could give a real answer, but by buying the game you also have reasonable access. I don't see it the same as illegal piracy. You are essentially double supporting since you've bought the game. I can see both sides of the argument but it comes down to legality.
I only know for sure that sharing them would be illegal. Personal use I am not sure.
Especially when DMCA and similar laws are so messy (<_>). By purchasing the game I have full access to the wavebank file. So I could see it being argued as legal for personal use. Then you have to factor in how it works buying games on steam as "ownership" of a steam game is a bit different than buying the game independently.
you just had to do some work to get the music playing
