Should i pick Helmet or Mask?

I have enough Adamantite to craft either a mask or helmet. I mainly use ranged weapons and i can't decide if the +14% ranged damage is worth the -14 armor. Also it's an expert mode world.

Defense is cut to 25% (due to it having half of their normal mode power and enemies being 2x stronger), so go for damage.
