Terraria runs as if it were in "slow-motion". (Mac OSX)

To start, yes i know I'm on Mac. Thats inherently bad. My PC killed itself. The game runs super slow and its really frustrating. Anyone with a Mac that knows what I could do to make it sun at the normal speed.

one:you cheated items in with only 5 hours in the game
two: i only help people who deserve to help
three: maybe if u actually went through and looked at the settings yourself and stopped relying on other people you might get farther in the game than just 5 hours

Whats your Frame Skip set to? because that could be it also try lowering you over all graphics

I just found this thread bc im on mac having the same problems, for anyone in the future who finds this, my solution was to turn frame skip to "ON" and that fixed everything.

Try turning down refresh rate it worked for me
