Slow Mo while watching YouTube in fullscreen
So...For about 6 hours today I was playing Terraria just fine, 60fps, fullscreen borderless, watching videos on YouTube while I putzed around in game and everything was grand. Then I decided to try out some mods. So I installed tModLoader 0.9.1.

But now, every time I try to watch ANY YouTube video in fullscreen mode it destroys the frames in Terraria and locks it at 30, but plays like it's at 5. It's completely reproduceable as well. I just need to push PLAY on a video in fullscreen on YouTube and Terraria drops to 30fps and the game moves at a snails pace. Pause the video, Terraria shoots back to 60fps and everything is silky smooth. Every. Single. Time.

I have tried Frame Skipping On, Off and Subtle. Changed every option under the game's menu options in every way I can think of...nothing works. I have also disabled all mods, created a new character and world and still no change. There is nothing regarding it on google I can find that comes close to what I'm experiencing.

The ONLY changes that have occured since it worked with NO issues, was I installed tModLoader and installed some mods. Thorium, Tremor, More Chest Loot and Reduced Grinding (all through the ModLoader, and updated).

And because I know people will ask, my specs

3x 24" LCD Monitors @ 1920x1080
Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Intel Core i5-4690k @ 3.5GHz
12GB of RAM
AMD R9 270x
Microsoft .NET Framework 4 installed and up-to-date

Firefox 50.1.0
HTML 5 player being used

**Forgot to mention I had more than 1 monitor. Oops.

How do you even play Terraria when you're in fullscreen mode on a YT video?

Not exactly an answer I was hoping for...

But I typically have YouTube running while I do mundane things in games, like farming or building. It doesn't really require much in the way of multi-tasking to be able to do that when you're doing simple things in games.

And I just realized...I never mentioned that I have 3 monitors. So YouTube is on my 3rd screen and Terraria is on my 2nd (middle/main) one.

To fix this problem, in game go to settings > video > and turn frame skip on. I do this all the time and it work perfectly.
