I have three achieves left in Terraria, real estate agent and two to do with the angler. Is there a simple way to get the rela estate achieve.

Search the wiki[terraria.gamepedia.com] for the remaining NPC's.

Umm, just make a world and follow all the guidelines for getting a certain NPC? Or if you want to cheat a little, you could go to Builder's Workshop and automatically getting the achievment. (Not recommended)

The only problem I have is Santa and Stylist. I can't find her in any of the spider caves.

Santa doesnt count i'm pretty sure.

Also wait outside of it while it's off screen with the rare creature detector, when you see that she's spawned go into the cave.

sweet as thanks for the tip. I am not sure about santa coz the achieve is for all town npcs and according to the wikia he is counted as a town npc, idk?

I'm pretty sure he doesnt count either way, just get all but him.
