Wall of flesh not spawning when Guide voodo doll is thrown into lava, am I missing something?

I was in underworld skeelly was dead. Mod had errors with conflict spawning wrong type of doll, the guide doll it spawned was sacrifice of shadows instead of ritual of flesh. 300 pages of forum scrolling through and I found it

Install the cheat mod, Spawn in the non tremor doll

wall of flesh isn't spawning for me either, it happened in several cases during my playthrough, i'm using one content mod at a time and several QoL mods, it also happened with calamity providence and some other bosses that for some reason didn't spawned, but this time i'm playing with split mod and the WoF isn't spawning, that's basically a softlock of the game, AND YES I'M DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT, for the many times i've fought and defeated her i know perfecly the conditions to spawn that stupid barbecue
