Terraria Pixel Shader Error

A while ago i purchased terraria and it worked fine it opened was playable .ect but since then i switched pcs and all my games start up and run properly exept terraria whenever i try to start the game up an error message pops up straight away the game dosent even open and i cant seem to find any way to fix it

PS After a while of searching i still have not been able to find any threads with the same error i have.

[Fix] After messing around with stuff in the game files i found xnafx40_redist i ran it and found it has a repair option and it seems to have fixed the error hope this can help anyone else

found it but it said it cant be repaired cuz I gotta rename a file or delete it or something
found the microsoft shared and it wouldnt let me rename or delete

ive tried this but it has no repair function, just an install function that doesnt work
