Help finding aglet

So me and my friend are trying to find an aglet for the lightning boots, but we have searcherd pretty much every chest and dont have one. We are jsut about to fight plantera but we are not fast enough, so are there any other ways to find aglets?

anklets are only found in jungles

Get a pair of fast wings with a speed modifier, aglet is garbage at that level.

Aglets are found in regular chests at Surface/Underground level. Theres achso a chance to get them out of wooden crates, but its faster to generate new worlds and look for chets with an spelunker potion

yes i know but we still want it, so we can run fast without flying into the air

I'm fairly certain that they can also be obtained via fishing. Regular craftes should have a chance of giving one.

But the easiest way by far is to search a new world.

Id recommend going to the jungle in a new world and searching for some in the chests there. I got mine there after a bit of farming.

Guys aglet isn't in the jungle it's in the brown "surface" chests. My typical aglet-finding strategy is to take a spelunker potion and run across the world while also checking a little ways into any natural caves.
