How i can defeat Plantera in the Expert Mode?

I already have all the things that i can obtain before Plantera, even so i cant defeat it because around the 3.000PV it makes me too much damage and runs too much faster (At the point that i cant escape from him), so it kills me instantly.
I had been watching some videos and posts but nothing helped me to do it.
Now i am stucked in this boss and i have no idea about a strategy to defeat it, so i need some hints. If somebody can help me i would be so thankful.

Do whatever you can to avoid the pink spiky ball as it hits harder than everything else.
Also, "Git Gud" at dodging the regular attacks; that should help a bit.

make a bigger arena, attack it with megashark with clorophite bullets and don't try getting heals by nurse, and good luck

Simply i cant defeat it, when its life is above the 3000PV, i get killed without mercy, i had two arenas to beat it...

Dig out a massive arena and put layers of wood platforms with a generous spacing in between each layer.

Equip a full set of Chlorophyte armor and craft a shotbow and a bunch of holy arrows.
Keep your distance and circle Plantera using wings, firing holy arrows.
Keep doing this until it's dead.

The plant also burns pretty easily so try adding trickling damage from a flamethrower or use flasks to ichor/burn it. Every bit counts once you can dodge the spike balls w/ a deep enough drop from the arena. platforms should help the balls fall through w/o losing ground; though the vines will still latch onto them.

Here's how I did it:

Gear:

• Use the best ranged weapon you have with crystal bullets. (If you can get a better ranged weapon than you already have, do so).
  
• Have some backup melee weapons if Plantera gets too close. A yoyo of some kind is pretty good.
  
• Equip Turtle Armor. Yeah it doesn't make sense from a class standpoint, but the extra defense is more important.
  
• If possible, try to reforge all your accessories to Warding.
  
• As usual, use every necessary buff potion.

Arena:

• Wide, open space.
  
• Rows of platforms from one end to the other every few blocks high.
  
• Campfires.
  
• Heart Lanterns.
  
• Pool(s) of honey somewhere convenient.
  
• This is the most important part. Have a teleporter on the far left & far right sides of the arena. Connect them to each other with (preferably) pressure plates so that you can quickly teleport to either side of the arena. Make sure the teleporters are far enough from each other so that Plantera can't reach you quickly.

Strategy:

• Plantera's first phase is easy. Simply move in circles around her using the platforms while damaging her with whatever weapon you prefer. The ranged weapon becomes important in the second phase.
  
• When Plantera is in her second phase, quickly run to one of the teleporters on the left or right side of the arena.
  
• Use your ranged weapon to shoot at Plantera from a distance. When she starts getting too close to you, simply teleport to the other side of the arena and continue shooting her from that side.
  
• Rinse and repeat until she's dead.

Oh man, the teleports was the answer, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ holy teleports... I already did it, i already defeat plantera creating a four-floors teleporting system. Thank you man.

- Various melee buffs

Grapple yourself to the ground and don't stop swinging.

Yep, this will kill Plantera on Expert.
