How do i get the robbing the grave achivement

There is a achivement called "Robbing the grave" It says "kill a difficult creature and obtain a rare item in the dungeon" so me and a few friends killed the dungeon guardion both in hardcore mode and normal mode and nothing i need help, please tell me how

you have to kill a hard enemy in the dungeon post plantera

It’s still the dungeon, new enemies just begin appearing, the jungle temple is separate…

Kill Plantera, return to the Dungeon, new enemies will be in there. Kill these new enemies, loot new loots from now dead enemies.

The skeleton dungeon becomes more difficult after plantera is defeated.
