Simple and effective Truffle Worm farm?

I've finally beat Moon Lord, now all that's left is Duke Fishron...
Buuuuuut it's really hard for me to catch/find Truffle Worms. I need a simple and effective farm that allows easy access to the worms so I can catch them without hassle.

Huge strip of Mushroom Grass underground; also try plugging any and all holes (so the worm can only spawn on the farm, and not in it :P). Run from side to side.

If memory serves they made the worms much more common in 1.3, shouldn't take too long to just wait for one normally.
