Why I cant find waterbolt in the dungeon?

I already created 5 world,but still cant find it.Even in my main world
I have found it no need to comment

Are you expecting it to drop from mobs? You have to go to the bookshelves and run your cursor along them untill you see it turn into a small Water Bolt, in which case, you right click on it, and it's yours. Or, you can just break all the books you see untill it pops out.

You have to find a blue book sitting on one of the dungeon's shelf and break it.

Although he should have found one by now. I tend to collect perhaps 2-4 from a small world dungeon by wrecking the books

If your dungeon is in the desert, it will not have a water bolt.
