A Terraria Wiki app for PC

I wonder if there's a script/app to surf the wiki on PC, without having to use the browser. If there isn't, I might make one.

I use wiki a lot during gameplay, mostly to search for recipe or how to obtain something. I figure it would be much faster to make a scipt that scrapes the website, and extracts those info.

How does that sound to everyone? Do we need one or just the wiki web is enough?
If anyone have any idea on how to improve the gameplay, by making some kind of scripts (not mod), you are welcome here.
