Can wraiths "swim" in water (such as the ocean) like they do with background tiles?

All monsters that move through blocks treat water as blocks, as far as I know. Basing this on worm-like monster movements.

Lava doesn't actually hurt them, though, or any other enemies that pass through blocks.
