The hardmode fishing is broken

I have a quest from angler to find a dritfish, which is, as i guess, can be found only in untained by hollow, crimson or other bioms. Well, i dont have such anymore in the world i play, because i killed wall of flesh and those bioms took over every single piece of dirt. I tryed to create another worlds, but the angler wont spawn at all, and i dont want to play in new worlds anyway, since all my equipment, teleports and fortress is not there, along with every town NPC i need as well.
And i cant find green solution for clentaminator as well, wiki says its sold by steampunker, but she only provides me with light blue.

How did you let it take the whole surface? Even when though my first PC world has ~35% Corruption and ~25% Hallow, you would never know it without going underground, because the surface is mostly clean. A three block tall quarantine tunnel stretching across the barrier between the surface and underground should provide good insulation, though if the infection is already this deep, it may be too late for that. Nonetheless, making a quarantine could be useful for when you do purify the stuff.

Purification powder removes Corruption/Crimson, and Vile/Viscous Powder removes Hallow. If the infection is deeply ingrained, this may not be enough, so Green Solution would be good. Now, before you say "but my Steampunker is in the Hallow!", just go find an abandoned sky island, put a light in the house, and temporarily move the Steampunker into that house. Since it's not Hallowed, she'll sell the Green Solution while living there.

And all of the other solutions depend on where she lives, except purple/red, which depend on blood moon. So if there isn't a blood moon or eclipse and she doesn't live in the Hallow, she'll sell green. Wait, huh? Oh... she doesn't even sell the dark blue solution, so apparently the only solution that depends on where she lives is the light blue (Hallow) one.

Yeah, i tought she might just stop selling hollowed sollution at some point and give me some green.

I made an artificial lake in my town for the surface/forest quests. It seemed like the easiest way to do it. The fishing quests are going to require you to make a lot of lakes if you want to be able to do 100% of them. You can use the Dryad to make forest stuff as well as the Clentaminator like everyone mentioned. Staff of Regrowth can be found in jungle area chests that lets you put grass on empty dirt. If you can't handle the hardmode jungle yet, you can make a new world and murder the regular type jungle for it.

I have another problem here, my jungles are busted due to my retarded friend who brought clentaminator and tought that it's funny to spray hollow everywhere. Now i cant make a proper house for Witch Doctor so he would sell me some of his trinkets.
So the thing is, i read on wiki that if i first spray mushroom biome over his house, than green solution it will all turn into jungles. So i did this and im not sure it works.
