I Can't Find the "Players" Folder in the Local Files. Where are My Characters Saved?

I deleted a character a little while ago and recently wanted to play him again, and I found the files in my recycling bin, but I can't find where to put them. Everything I find says to put them in the "Players" folder, but when I open local files I can't find that folder.
