Hey guys i looked everywhere but couldnt find a answer so maybe you guys can help me where do i get the Grand Gelatine for The Absorber?

I have no idea how to get most of the materials for the Grand Gelatine, but Jellyfish in the ocean sometimes drop a Vial of Jelly or something like that, which is a material for it. I think it's from Calamity @Albcatmastercat

Yes, the wiki tends to include everything (it is a wiki after all).

The wiki itself seems to be pretty well, however, so it might not be there yet...
