How to spawn more Vortex pillars?

You can go to the dungeon door to kill the cult, this will refresh

The cultist respawns, kill him again to do the event again.

just kill moonlord and kill cult again so it refreshes

After you killed all the towers and moonlord appeared. Either you killed him or he kills you, the cultist will once again spawn at the dungeon entrance.

Well, since this was necro'd, I'll just provide an answer for anyone who might actually want it:

To get more of a pillar once you've destroyed one, finish killing all of the other pillars, then either win to or die to The Moon Lord. After this, the Cultists will respawn at the Dungeon, and you can simply repeat the fight with the Lunatic Cultist to summon all of the pillars again. Also, you can craft 1 of each of the other 3 fragment types into 1 of the type you need.
