Re-Logic tech support
Has anyone had good luck with Re-Logic's tech support? I put a ticket into therr Jira system (jira.re-logic.com) for a Terraria crash issue on May 13 and still haven't had any sort of response. I'm trying to sort out whether they're just really, really slow, or if I should just give up on a resolution.

The game randomly crashes after playing for a while - usually 30-90 minutes. No particular pattern. Terraria-specific (I play a lot of other games with no issues). Not using cloud storage, so none of the issues I've read around that would be involved. I don't even know what else to check.

Makes it hard to explore very deep, though.

Yeah, tried those. No dice. I assume it's an intermittent compatibility issue with some driver or hardware I'm using, but the total lack of response from Re-Logic is pretty disappointing.

Do you know why I lost 3 hours of progress on my world but not my character (or my friends)
