I Can't get the Crystal Ball to work
I have the materials necessary to make the endless quiver but when i stand next to the crystal ball nothing pops up.

Are the arrows in your ammo slots? If so, move them to your actual inventory and then it should work.

I had the arrows in my inventory to begin with.

It's working for me fine. You need 4 stacks of Wooden Arrows, or 3996 and to be standing near the Crystal Ball. Are you sure that's what you're doing?

wait, i figured out the problem, one stack i was holding turned out to be a stack of hellfire arrows...

No, that's the Magic Quiver. The Endless one is...Well, endless arrows. The Magic Quiver is an accessory.
