Just build a jungle near your house. Once moonglow spawns, cut it down at night and use the seeds to build a farm.

Moonglow is a night time only flower. You will not find any blooming during day. Search at night.

I meant it can't be collected during the day. It's seen during day but not for collecting.

The seeds, no. The flower can be gathered just fine.
