How to Downgrade Terraria?
I want to create a world in Terraria 1.3.4.4, after that I want to re-upload to Terraria 1.3.5.3 again.

What's the point in that?

A 5 second google search got me this.

1)Right-Click your game of choice in your Steam Library. Select Properties, select the Betas tab.
2)Click on the drop down menu at the top, which should say "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs".
3)If this menu now offers earlier versions, then your game offers the rollback function you seek, otherwise there is nothing you can do.

And it doesnt work with all games, only some. But you can try anyway.
Terraria doesn't have that option.

Sorry, but I'm curious, why do you need to go back a version?

Because I like to create my world with some custom characterizations, to do that I do use TerraCustom.

Currently, TerraCustom isn't up to date to Terraria 1.3.5.3, just to 1.3.4.4, I can wait TerraCustom to update or try to downgrade Terraira to create the world and then return to 1.3.5.3, since there's no World change in this Update.

I like to change a few things as:
All ores to spawn in the world [Copper and Tin, bla bla bla...]
Crimson and Corruption, each in one side of the map.
Increase Float Island amount.
Force Giant Trees and Pyramids to spawn.

Terracustom seems to have a lot of features that TEdit also has, couldn't you just download that instead? They have a 1.3.5 version

I don't know how TEdit works, it seems not pratic, that's why I like TerraCustom, it's intuitive.
Maybe I try TEdit and check if I learn how to change those things I like.
Do you know if you can put those things that I listed?

Yeah, theres a couple of tutorials to use it its actually quite easy to get use to. In fact you have complete control over the whole map :p only problem I see though is I don't think it does the Giant Tree/Pyramid thing.

I saw some videos a while ago about TEdit, It seems TEdit it's mostly used to create your own world, block by block, that's not what I want.

TerraCustom forces the RWG [Random World Generator] to create with those things, isn't me putting on those things. Can I do that with TEdit?

No, sadly.

Can't you create a 1.3.4 world with TerraCustom, and simply play in current Terraria with it? It should convert to current version.

And if that doesn't work, then you have two solutions.

Download an older version from the internet, or pray TerraCustom updates before Terraria rolls out another one.
No, TerraCustom needs Terraria Files to open.

The Terracustom modder has stated he isnt updating "for a while". There is a complicated method spelled out in the TerrariaCustom thread using consol controls and file edits..there was also a old mod called gameloader i think that let you play the original release version..but it hasnt been updated for any odern versions. My version of TEedit doesnt like the new terraria version either so thats not an option. This one is on the devs..if they punish patches that break mod content they really should allow for reversion for those like myself who find vanilla worlds too plain..hell..Terracustom really should be integrated into the main game..its uses the in game generator so why not let the players have more more worldgen options in they want them? Hide them behind an advanced options button if they are worried about blowing the mind of the kiddoes with so many choices.

After take a huge breath I do agree with you.

Maybe there's a reason for don't do that, maybe they don't want us to change the RWG system, or something like that. I would like to have TerraCustom integrated with Terraria.

People can think "it will bug the game" or "people would use for cheat" or something like that... Do you really care? If you play Single Player, why can't do you create your world the way you like?

When you play Multiplayer, the whole group should discuss about the changes, or everyone would like "cheat" or not... Since Terraris isn't a Competitive Game, I don't see why not.

Even so... There's nothing we can do, we need to wait to release the new version of TerraCustom to the new version of Terraria...

Closing that, what I don't know is... Why they don't allow us to play oldest versions, I don't see the harm in that.
