Small islands

I took a swim around the coast and found two small islands. One is tall and has a lot of flowers. The other has a lot of trash. Did I miss any ?

Yes, but is very small and it not have nothing interesting but a sign that says "Back to Hawk Peak Island". It is very near to the tall one. In the peak of the tall one you can find a silver feather, that makes you fly and climb faster, and in the fill with trash one you can buy a hat with 100 coins, if you speak to the girl a second time.
