missing a parkour race?

i've done the lighthouse and abandoned house races, i can't find the 3rd one... he is always at one of those two spots, and when i talk to him about a rematch, those are the only two options? how do i get to the 3rd race? thanks!

You'll find Avery close to the visitor center to start the third race.

I'm having the exact same problem... I've been looking everywhere, specially the visitor's center, but Avery is never there. :/

If you have the Walkie Talkie, you can call Avery to ask where he is.

Just completed the game a bit ago, and now I know what it was. You need to reach the peak first for Avery to appear, since it's a race to the top! I wanted to complete everything else before doing that, which was the reason for Avery missing.
