Missing a single feather

i'm missing a single feather if 20 is the maximum (got 19)

i already:
- bought all feathers of the toast guy
- bought all feathers of the mean guy
- helped the bunny racer get his band back
- helped the camper get his watch back
- helped the tent camper (camping permission) (although he didnt give me anything)
- did the shell delivery quests
- raced and won all three races
- talked with the white dog at the outlook (he wants snacks now?)
- fished every fish once
- finished the painter quest line (ended at toast guy)
- got two silver feathers
- let the sand castle kid finish his city

what about the treasure maps? i got three, but i don't know whether they result in feathers... i finished two of them and they only yielded only coins.

also the two climbers at the campfire want to "climb to the top together tomorrow" but that event did not start (i even slept to attempt progressing a day...)

There is one golden feather atop the lighthouse. I guess that's the one you are missing?

I'm at 19 Golden + 1 Silver so far, where did you get your second silver feather? And I also cant seem to find the third parkour race, only got the mountaintop and lighthouse one, where did you find the third race?

no, i ran around for a long time. got that one by just exploring.

there is an island a fair bit from the main island which has a steep mountain to climb, you get a second silver feather atop.

it's a race to an "old abandoned building". the building has a tractor in front of it. it was somewhere around there... direction of the start point was left from there (cant say compass direction out of my head). you might also select "rematch" and select the race in particular. i dont know whether you have to visit the race bird first at that location to unlock that teleport, though.

BTW, i just stumbled upon my 20th golden feather, so I guess the total number count should be 22 (20 golden + 2 silver)?

Just unlocked the feather achievement, indeed, there are 20 Golden Feathers+ 2 Silver Feathers in total

Lighthouse shade treasure map gave me feather so maybe you are missing that one?

Am I supposed to give the white dog a snack? If so, what? It's the only thing I can think of that I haven't done after flying around the island several times.
I did find the one I was missing, in case anyone is missing this one, it was on a ledge a bit above the graveyard, fly or climb

It's to the right of the last telephone line, just left of the graveyard. Look up.
