Can't find the illegal camper again
I talked to the camper once and then found their license, but I can't for the life of me find them again to return it! One guide says "near White Beach trail" but I've looked all around there and just can't find the darn person. Can anyone help?

Never mind, finally found them! You just go straight down from Meteor Lake.
