Not a Charisma build for S&S 2?
Everywhere i look at there's only builds for charisma (despite the recent nerf) is simply other builds not viable or?

A charisma/stamina build gets hardwalled at Archangel Sandalphon. It's far too luck based. Like yes, the entire game is RNG based. But unlike attacks which are just hit or miss or magic which hits and the RNG is how much damage is done for attacking magic. Taunting can either be blocked(do nothing), move your opponent(and cause them to miss a turn) and do damage(They can hit back). I played the Boss Rush as a Charisma/Stamina/Magicka build... and you get oodles of money early on and just kind of ♥♥♥♥ fury down upon everything late game.

What worked for me was an archer build that semi-rushed 60 Agility at level 21.
Very early on, you'll want just enough of a Strength investment to be able to beat John the Butcher. I don't remember if I stopped at 12 Strength or if some of those points came from random events, but 12 is how much I had when I beat Antares.
The swords have a higher max damage than the axes and maces, and if you pair your agility with a heavy Attack investment (I had 100 Attack when I fought Antares) you can more reliably get Power hits off. Power forces a max damage roll, so accuracy is important here.
Agility also gives you access to ranged weapons. A lot of my fights were me stepping back and pelting my opponents with arrows. The only drawback of the ranged weapons is that there's no Power roll; Snipe is Quick and Bombard is Normal. That being said, the damage rolls shouldn't actually be a problem. I think I only ever ran out of ammo really early on in the game.

Be careful not to blindly grab every sword/bow tier available; you'll want to skip a few tiers (especially enchantments!) as you push toward the Daikatana and the Doombolt Crossbow.

I raised my Magicka to a total of four so I could equip the Gale and Teleport spells; this was supposed to poison the AI when it came to fighting the evil twin.

My final stats
Strength: 12
Agility: 60
Attack: 100
Defense: 33
Vitality: 1
Charisma: 4 (I explicitly remember this being a bonus from a random event.)
Stamina: 7 (I'd put at least 4 points in to partially mitigate energy issues)
Magicka: 4

Before the archer build, I'd previously tried focusing on a high Strength build with the Dual Maul, but 1 Agility got me walled by Majaraja Saeed and 14 agility got me walled by Archangel Sandalphon.

This build requires little to no savescumming.
