Is the Juggernaut bug fixed in Swords and Sandals 3?

Juggernaut is the last skill of the School of Survival, and increases your height and weight by 10% per point. I remember there being an unavoidable bug where it also increased the opponent's height and weight which luckily didn't boost their health or parry, but instead made them so visually unappealing that it made the game less fun. I was wondering if anybody knows if this bug still exists?
