S&S II instant kill

my character has 110 of health but most of the times the oponent gives me a 10 - 15 hit kill which kills me instantly, is this a glitch?

If it happens in regular duel and you have no armor it might happen.

Are these regular duels instead of tournaments? Regular duels are a first blood sitch.

Weapon critical strikes may penetrate the armor

In the normal duels (so when you are not in tournomantes) dies the first one to run out of armour
