2x Ashes from Living Tree + Item with no sockets => Item with 1 socket
1x Athasfar + Item with 1 socket => Item with 2 sockets
3x Equipment Item => Random Equipment Item
2x Broken Item -> random low level upgrade material
1x Equipment Item => Random Material

1x Relic Helmet of Nahaaz + 3x Athasfar => Helmet of Nahaaz
1x Relic Bones of King Tal + 3x Athasfar => Ring from King Tal's Bones
1x Relic Skull of Knight Lar + 3x Athasfar => Giant Skull Helmet
1x Relic Azik's Medallion + 3x Athasfar => Azik's Medallion
1x Relic Wand of Artes + 3x Athasfar => Wand of Artes The Architect
1x Relic Hammer of Olan + 3x Athasfar => Hammer of Olan
1x Relic Stone Spider Figurine + 3x Athasfar => Toxicity
1x Relic Necklace of Asae + 3x Athasfar => Asae Blessing
2x Equipment Item -> random rune

great, thanks! just a thought... maybe is possible to add an in game place where you can see the recipe you have discovered? a journal in inventory or a window in the fountain menu?.

1x Athasfar + Item with 1 socket => Item with 2 sockets seems to only be working with weapons, but not armors

What can i do with the Bone Necklace? Bone Necklace + 3 Athasfar does not work...

Bone Necklace is just a placeholder at the moment. No recipe to transform it.

These dont seem to work... they just give out a random rune...

You are right, there was a bug. Its fixed in new build. Restart steam client to download it.

It'd be nice to have a recipe to upgrade the rarity of an item! (or reroll its stats)

Considering the skill tree allow to specialise in a weapon type and RNG might make you never get a good dagger/2H sword/etc. So if you only got a white 2H sword, you could slowly get it to higher rarity
