Age Of Empires 3, granny2.dll location problem please help!!!

When i go to play AOE3 a message pops up and says
"Fatal Granny Isntallation Error

granny2.dll has been incorrectly installed as C:\Windows\apppatch\that♥♥♥♥\Steam\steamapps\common\Age Of Empires 3\granny2.dll. To
avoid versioning problem, granny2.dll must always be installed in an
application-specific directory, and never in a system directory."
and a little [OK] box you click box and it says....
"age3.exe - Application Error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application."


PLEASSSE SOMEEE ONE HELLLPPPPP MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! I have a HP19 All-in-one if that is needed!!!!!!!!!!

1. Try renaming "Windows.old" to just "old" and try launching the game again.
2. Copy your steamapps folder to a safe place, uninstall steam, reinstall steam and then copy the steamapps folder to the new created C:\program files\steam folder...
