failed to create account on eso

I can't create an account on eso, i've tried with to different steam accounts and to different cd keys. anyone have any tips?

This is an ongoing problem since 2011, I think they've just forsaken us at this point, Last post from a MOD on the subject is from early 2013 and he says its 'resolved'. Funny his 'fix' did f-all for me. They decided to gave out fake cd-keys that throw 'in use' errors when you try to make an account. I already had this game from before but I forgot my account name and it used an e-mail that has since closed. I could still play single player fine though. I spent money on a second copy to play with friends, to get shafted. They made accounts fine I'm stuck in limbo. A week out still no reply on my ESO support ticket.

ffs people does anyone ever check the forums for answers your the 4th person i have showed to fix this dam problem. if you bought the complete collection start the original game not the expansion this will promote you to type in the CD Key. once thats done. BANG you can create an account. but im sure you figured the problem out by now hopefully

You need to create your account the the original age of empires 3 before you try to log into an expansion e.g. Age of Empires 3 Asian Dynamites. :)

What Koozie said. You can't create an account in the expansions, you need to do it in the base game.

If the base game does not allow to create an account:
On Windows 10: in "uac" set it to the second highest setting. after that it worked fine and I could register a ES account.

I have tried all of the aforementioned and still gives me error101.aspx. I have two steam accounts, and I have two licenses (1 for each). However, when I try to use the new one, it redirects me to the first one. How do I fix this?

i got this game from retail and now my cd isnt working. The cd key on itself is of no use as it cannot be activated anywhere. What to do now?

Refund and get a legit Steam key. Old retail keys usually don't work anymore.
