Hi, I'm trying to resolve my username (forgot it, lol), and I need my Product ID? How can I find it? Thanks!

Product ID can be found by launching Age of Empires III and clicking Help and Tools / About from the main menu. Your product ID is shown at the bottom of the About screen.
