Unable to create Home City

I'm having the problem of unable to create a Home City on AoE3 online, I tried the other expansion packs but I keep gettin the error "Unspecific Error". Can anyone help?

iv skrubbed the main forums and rededit and i have found no fixs, just people saying it has to do with the servers

My friend was able to create HC, but he joined a long time ago. It might be because of new users??

I am having the same problem and after talking to a Microsoft support employee, they can do absolutely nothing to fix this

what you should do is get a refund or another key to make a new account with, this is from a microsoft support employee

I got the game 3 days ago and have had no problems at all. Try ununstalling and reinstalling?

I dont think that would work because a couple of people are having the problem.

I have done that, and did you tried the multiplayer one? The ES online for creating a home city, you need a Home City to play multiplayer.

just got this and gifted friend also his worked fine but im having same problem as you lot by the soudns of it

Maybe Steam, because AoE support looks kinda dead. Possibliy steam could contact the company for AoE to fix the server.
