MSXML 4.0 missing HERE IS HOW TO FIX !!!

Basically, some months ago Microsoft removed the widely known and spread link to the msxml 4.0 file since apparently it is not supported anymore.

To find it again: https://download.cnet.com/MSXML-4-0-Service-Pack-2-Microsoft-XML-Core-Services/3000-2070_4-10726922.html

Steps to fix:
1) Download the msxml.msi file from link above
2) Run the file
3) If you are shown to MODIFY or REMOVE, Select REMOVE and UNINSTALL it from your computer. If not just INSTALL.
4) Open the app again and INSTALL it again. The Windows Username thingy does not matter at all.
