Unable to start AOE 3 (age of empires unable to start correctly 0xc0000005)

I am unable to run the game. It ran with no issues before but after I installed voobly it throws this error whenver I tried running the game from steam.

"age of empires unable to start correctly 0xc0000005"

Things I have tried:

1. Got Windows defender as AV and Firewall of windows... turned them off and tried.... doesnt work

2.) Changed the comaptibility to XP and stuff from properties of AOE3.exe doesn't worked.

3.) ReInstalled the whole game .( doing it again now). Doesn't worked

4.) Already uninstalled Voobly from my system.

Please Help.

I think this is about KB4032188 windows 10 creators update.

I have the same problem. I have windows 10 too... how we can solve that?

i fixed mine... by clean uninstalling ... deleting all old files of AOE from "Documents" folder.. and unistalling voobly (deleting its files from its location as well if any) and then Re-installed AOE 3 and that fixed it for me..
