Adding a new cd-key?
FIRST, is there any way to recover an account? I've tried all possible recoveries & they didn't work, did you find a way to recover yours?

Back to my question, so since I forgot my account and am willing to purchase a new cd-key($10 can't be that bad) how do I enter the new cd-key? I already entered the game's key but if I re-install will it ask for the key again? or is there some way to manually do it without re-installing?

ESO account recovery tool is available here: https://esoaccounts.agecommunity.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fAccountManagement%2fDefault.aspx

If you are enable to recover your account and want to create a new one using your new CD-key, here's how:
1. First you need to remove your old CD-key from your system. Run this registry script appropriate for your OS, found here: http://www.eso.com/101.aspx
2. Run vanilla AoE3 (must not be any expansion)
3. You should be asked for a CD-key now. Enter your new CD-key (you can find it on Steam in LIBRARY -> GAMES -> select AoE3 -> click CD Key on the right)
4. Vanilla AoE3 should start now as normal if you typed the key correctly.
5. Connect to ESO, choose Create New Account, fill it and you''re done.

No reinstall/reboots are needed.
