Favorite civilization? (Including expansion packs)

Here, I just wanted to ask the well-known question among strategy players. Feel free to tell your favorite and shortly explain why you prefer it. :D

havent played AOE 3, but I have played AOE 2 and my fav would have to be the Teuton's. Those Teutonic knights are beastly.

My favorite nation in AoE 3 is Ottomans but just because I haven't tried the other civilizations enough yet. xD So far, Ottoman artillery, especially great bombard, seems to be very strong and settlers are produced free unlike the others.

Dutch or Russian, Coin generating buildings, or spanmming the ever loving hell out of strelets, fun

i take british cause for each house u built u get a villanger meaning more resources qucker but less players but i like the muskeeters the most hehe lol

Personally I prefer the Dutch or the Portuguese, good to get those banks up early and get sea control for essentially unlimited coin, and Portuguese because of the TC wagons on each age up. My best civ is probably Russia, but I play it so much it gets boring IMO. Also like the Aztecs, IDK why though :D

All are fun, if you learn the differences and stratergies for each.

For me it's:
Brit's for manor houses and mass longbows in rush, and cow boom in treaty. and best navy in the game.

Spanish: it's the Faster Shipments and missionary boost in treaty

Dutch: Fast Eco with banks and more military with only allowed 50 vils

Ports: Fast Eco with Fast Town centres and Dragoon snipers and organ guns

Russia: Cheaper and weaker units, blockhouses, and fort building musketers.

France: for their ridiculous Cavalry, Vils, artillery, infantry, and fur trade.

Germany: Settlers wagons and dopps

Ottoman: for their fast rushes and Awesome artillery

Iroquios: Fur trade and walls of 35k health, war chiefs (for sious and aztec too)+ 120 vils

Sioux: 45+ dog soldiers with seige destroying enemy bases, and teepees boosts with rifles

Aztec: having 330+ pop/200 is awesome

China, Banner armies, Cho ku nos, flamethrowers wonders, 120 vils

Japan: shrines, Wonders, muskets, samarai, mortars, and Damiyo's spawn units anywhere you want faster then your barrack does and artillery too.

India: Elephants!, wonders, free vil from each shippment, cows for xp, sepoys

british is my civilisation of choose. you can add me as a friend...my name is sam_gage and i usually play warchiefs with my mates from school. MY best score for 40 min treaty is 2350 with cowing and use a lot of cavalry :) as well as rockets !!!!!! . I'll give you gys a noob trick in 40 min treatys :)

In your deck choose the cavalry speed up training by 40 % card and than get training upgrade at church. :)
this will give you cavalry almost instantly :)
however,if you want to get cavalry instantly!!!! than friend the natives once or twice with trading posts and get all upgrades...that way whenever you click on a cavalry unit they appear instantly:) this is a great way to pss off your mates when you keep sending in unlimited reinforcements :)

just a tip for noobs...get 99 settlers!!!...its not about how big your army is!!! its about how quickly you can send reinforcements to own!!!!
This is for 40 min treatys remember

another tip is to have eco cards( cardds that help upgrade stuff like mills etc.) instead of military cards!! trust me i learnt the hard way..eco is soo important :)
