Chinese healer.
Simple question.
How do I get healing units as the Chinese in the campaign?

You don't. Healing is not an option for the Chinese.
The Chinese have a couple of problems, of which healng is one. Fighting massed European artillery is another one. With luck, you may be able to find and rescue a European healer,
who can then construct field hospitals in strategic locaions.

As for the artillery, get flying crow producton started asap. These are slow to buld and move, but once you get a battery of 4-5, they can oppose enemy artillery fairly well. Just make sure they have an adequate sceen of infantry in front of them, since they are essentially irreplacable.

Edit: I just checked the possible Chinese foreign allies. If you choose Britain as your ally, you can opt to purchase two surgeons from them. You can then have them build field hospitals in strategic locations. It's not great, since you can't train more of them, but it's better than nothing.

As the guy above said, the Chinese don't come with a healer unit, but you can get them in two ways.

The first way is by using the Consulate and producing Surgeons by choosing a British ally.

The second way is by building the Temple of Heaven Wonder. This Wonder allows your Shaolin Master (Monk/ Explorer unit) to heal units, which if you think about it turns your Monk into a really tanky Priest. The Wonder also gives you an ability that can insta-heal all your units on the map, however the ability can only be used once every 5-6 minutes.

Oh and if you get a certain Home City card you can ship a second Shaolin Master, so you can technically make two super-strong healer units with that Wonder.
