Ages of empire 3 complete collection but missing asian

hi brought this pack yesterday from steam , it was ages of empire 3 complete collection but when i try it missing asian dynesties , can anyone help why this is soi ?

By default, Steam unfortunately only creates a shortcut for launching the base game without expansions. In order to launch the latest expansion with all of the available content from within Steam, navigate to your Steam game library, right-click on the game and choose to run The Asian Dynasties.

In order to make launching the game easier, you may create your own shortcut. Here's how you can do that:

1. Navigate to your Steam game library.
2. Right-click on the AoE3 game and choose Properties.
3. Select the "LOCAL FILES" tab and press the "BROWSE LOCAL FILES..." button.
4. In the folder which should now have opened, locate file named "age3y.exe" and create a shortcut to it.

Hi Eaglemut, thanks a lot for quick reply . Yes i found that option and now TWC running but when i try TAD the loading screen just spins and spins . so should i need to downlaod something extra ? or i had to reinstall the game again ? do let me know please cause will play first time on eso.

Sounds like some game settings got corrupted somehow, try deleting all files in your folder Documents\My Games\Age of Empires 3\Users3

Thanks a lot bro , i got an error and i have to re download the game again , it was a real pain. Is there way we can re install the game without downlaoding again if any bugg apper again ?

Another point where i need your real help. I was playing this game on gameranger and voobly for last 6 yrs , but now when playing on eso all cards are lock , and my home city lvl is just 10 , so here i cant play any treaty game which i like most. is there any solution for this problem ?

Maybe doing "Verify Integrity of Game Files" in Properties can be enough, not sure.
