[Solved] CRC mismatch error - LAN
Hey. I wish to play AOEIII with my brotha' in LAN but I get the mentioned error. Also another one "The versions are not the same ~"
The both versions are bought on Steam so is impossible the are different versions. I opened the ports on my router, he can see my game on the list but cannot join me. How can i solve this?

It's certainly possible, probably means one of you has some mods installed.

Yeah if one of you has installed some mods then it may cause crc. Have you both tried a fresh install ?
