Bald Eagle & Photographer?

In the actual board game, the cards simply state the requirements (instead of having a long list of what counts or not).

In the computer game, you have a list of keywords, but the question is whether certain birds should count when they don't. For example:

Photographer: "birds with colors in their names"

Should the "Bald Eagle" count? In the computer game it doesn't. While most people may incorrectly believe the "bald" refers to not having hair and thus is not a color, apparently the "bald" was based on the Old English "balde" or Old French "bald" which meant white and referred to the white head of the eagle.
