How do you turn off turn Steam notifications for turn indication?

I remember turning them on when I first got the game but now they're just an annoyance. I can't find the toggle to get them off in settings, so where is that exactly?

If you click on the notification itself it should take you to the Turn Notifications menu. I have a problem, though, where even if I turn them off, they still pop up every time- even when my PC starts and Steam logs in!

It's super annoying. I have the game open, and I get notification every single turn. It's even more annoying when I get the "Game Has Concluded" message for days after I finish playing

In the desktop app, head to account details in the top right dropdown from your username, go to notification settings, and then turn off "I receive a Steam Turn notification"
