Online game missing??

Hello all - I was involved in an asynchronous game and now it is not appearing when I go into the game. It could not have been an issue of people not moving in time because I just moved earlier today.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes, there is something wrong today with the online games.

I had the same problem today, 3 online games disappeared since a few hours ago when I made moves. There is no message that anyone resigned/failed to move in any. No update to my computer or Steam since my moves this morning. The 2 games against the AI are still there. Both my OS and Steam are up to date.

I lost a game this morning as well. Round 4, a few turns left.

I lost 3 of the 5 games I have been playing asynchronously today. I sent an email to support and have not heard back.

I had 3 online games going. They have all disappeared without any message. It looks like my Karma points went down though. When I checked the games this morning I took my turn so I know I have at least 72 hours before they would have timed out.

lost all 8 of my games yesterday. has happened to me several months ago as well and i did loose karma points because of it. in a couple days will loose another 40 karma points.

This happened to a group of three of us as well. We had two turns left. Very frustrating. Hopefully this gets patched soon!

Comment update: It has been over a week since lost 8 games and my karma score has not been penalised. that's good :)

online games feels really cheap when 11 games out of 12 isnt finished.
Wonder what is the reason. If ppl gave up having lack of respect to others or game netcode is broken..

Have't had a game disappear but my client crashed a couple days ago when starting a real-time game and when I reopened the game there was no real-time game that I had joined. It now it thinks that game is active and is counting it against my 10 game slots, even though I would have forfeited by now if there was an actual game to be played. Uninstalling and re-downloading has not fixed

Seems this happened again now. 6 of my 9 games vanished overnight :(
