Cannot download ghosts online

The leaderboard works but I can't download the ghost of anyone to get the achievement "What did you do, Ray?". Not even my own ghosts.
I wanted to e-mail the devs but they seem to be on some sort of hiatus so I'm just going to post this as a notice.

No workaround for this issue? So, the particular achievement is not possible anymore.

Maybe somebody should write to Xbox support about it? Like, "can you re-enable ghosts in this game or simply delete related achievement"? I don't know which options should I choose on "Contact us" page... Or should I pick stuff randomly just to get to Web chat and ask a question directly?

I just now contacted them through their new e-mail address. If anyone else would like to contact them as well their new e-mail address is ''[e-mail]'' without the quotations.
