Also I don't know about the dlcs but if i were you I would just find a way to transfer your saves from online to offline mode then you could theoretically just get the dlcs from online and then transfer when you wanted to play offline.
Those wierd numbered/lettered folders are your profiles.
In my case I started on my offline profile on accident, and played about 10 hours. Then I went to add my DLC, but you have to be online for that, so I logged on to my Xlive account, where it promptly made me start a new game. So instead of starting a new game right away, I exited the game and then I went to the save games folder and made a mental note of the folder name for later. Then I started a new game, skipped all the intro sequences, and when I got control I quickly saved the game and then exited the game. Then I went back to the directory and copied both the folders (there should be a new one now), then I went into the old one, copied the files, then pasted them into the new folder. Easy as meat pie ;)
I could be wrong, but I remember doing something similar for Batman a few years ago.
Jynxx, you're right, the 'online' account sets itself offline if there's no internet connection. How did I fail to try that before? Bit of a nuisance, having to force it into offline that way, but at least it works.
Simply swapping of saves didn't work for me, I get a corrupted file message. From what I understand, this is because the save includes data that locks it to its profile. How did you solve that issue? Did you strip out and/or replace data in the save? Or copy certain profile files?
What I wasn't able to do is transfer the save back to the offline profile without losing the DLCs again.
